Just a short review to let interested parties shopping for a body shop to perform work or a paint job know about my experience at Caliber Collision. I was, unfortunately in an auto accident recently, and the other driver's insurance directed me to this shop. I took my car in and met with Jack one of the sales managers there. Do not do business with this company. They have had our car for 2 months and it is still not repaired correctly. Caliber refuses to repair correctly and Allstate refuses to correct the problem after we have been doing business for over 30 years. Do not do business with Allstate or with Caliber. Please save your self some major time and us anyone else. This is truly a shame that there is still companies ripping people off like this. It is shameful !!!
in was involved in a accident 01/13/2021 ,my friend recommend Caliber Collisions. I let them do the work on my car. I gave them my car 01/25/2021, They were finished with my car 01/28/2021, They did a wonderful job on my car look brand new ..I would recommend they service i give them 10**********

They away do very good work and i was very happy with my truck.
This company is the worst with appointments. We got our windshield replaced after 3 weeks of waiting when an appointment was scheduled ahead of time for a 5 hour window that they could not make. Someone in management gave me a call directly to reschedule for another 5 hour window, 2 days later. No one showed up and I received no calls. Had to contact the dealership that set the appointment in the first place to have them get ahold of them since I couldn't. I had our SUV repaired here due to someone on a riding mower backing into the trunk/hatch. Everything was fine with arranging an appointment and dropping the vehicle off up until it was time to pick it up. We received a call stating the vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon initial inspection, the vehicle had a bunch of specs on the panel away from where the main repair was done.
