Had my car stolen out of your lot and you did nothing about it. we had to file a second claim on our insurance to fix the damage from when they drove it through your week fence.

Excellent service all around. I was informed about everything along the process and had any questions answered immediately. When I picked up my car they had washed and detailed my car as well. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I was in a collision and my car needed repairs. Ironically all shops are booked and behind due to Covid and less workers and the need for parts. I called around for 2 weeks and the same results. Everyone was booked. However today, Anita Krebs from Caliber Collision at the crossroads location in Cary ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was understanding and care about my situation and was able to accommodate my needs. She fixed a 2-3 week problem in a matter of minutes. I took my truck to Caliber Collision in Fayetteville NC based on the Google reviews. They did an outstanding job fixing my truck that had damage on the entire right side due to me fighting with a guardrail which won. It came back looking better than it was prior to the accident. They went above and beyond my expectations. The staff was courteous and professional.

I am so extremely blessed and can't thank you all enough for fixing my minor little car accident I got into a couple of weeks ago.I'm so pleased and in shock to see my car in one piece and all put back together again, just like when I first bought it and before the accident.Turned my car in to them pretty dirty and filthy too, so they ended up cleaning the whole outside and inside of my car too and detailed it and gave it that fresh clean smell too to make it all look like it was brand new. I dropped my car off last Friday to get my door replaced. Josh told me it would be prepped Monday and be ready for pick up Tuesday or Wednesday. I told him that would be perfect because I needed it back by Wednesday. I touch base with him Monday and he said everything was ready to be painted and should be done Tuesday. Great I said. I regret ever taking my car to Caliber Collision, they have poor staff with zero knowledge of customer service and how to complete task. Communication I rate Zero out of 10, they had one simple job to complete and failed me!
