The front desk lady was Sue at the ******** store at Caliber, she was so pleasant and helpful. The GM I'm assuming is Tony. I could not believe how he was acting towards his co workers like he was there BFF.. He was a complete terd. Can you not find decint GMs to run shop's anymore?

We needed collision repair on our vehicle. The reason we choose Calaber Collison in Apex NC for the repairs is because they are a State Farm preferred shop. State Farm sent the information to Calaber collison including year make and Model of our Vehicle so they were well aware of the vehicle. They called us to set up an appointment for a drop off and repair. We arrived and were told that they are not specialists in big trucks (Ram 2500) We lost time from work because of their nonsense. Absolute incompetence. My car was totaled in a collision. They took 3 weeks to process the claim and were non communicative with me and the insurance company the whole time. They would just take messaged, but never call back. After verbally releasing the car over the phone with the secretary of the business at the actual location the car is at, they texted me, telling me I still had to verbally release the car. On March 2021 I took my truck for repair at caliber collision located in ********************, *************** Az ***** My wife picked up our truck and was told it was ready to go by the MANAGER but when my wife asked him to open the hood to make sure it would open the manager was not able too because there is a part missing, in that moment another employee comes out telling my wife that they had called me (the husband) to informed me about it but I was NEVER told anything. Caliber is the best collision center for fixing cars to look the same way the car looked like when you drove it out of dealership. Best pricing and best repair mechanics. Great communication when car is in the shop

This shop has terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. My son hit a deer which caused minimal damage to the front of it. We took it to this shop to get the estimate done on a Tuesday. They said they could fix it and to drop it off on the following Monday when they open so they can do the supplemental estimate and get started on the repairs. It was supposed to be done in 2 weeks, however, they took 2 weeks just to get around to doing the supplemental estimate and then didn't order parts for over another... read more

Car was damaged by a tow truck while parked, called and they scheduled me that same week, they were informative, professional and knowledgeable. Spoke to Samantha the GM, very profesional polite and helpful. Juanita and Patty in the office were professional and helpful as well. They had everything prepared for my arrival, very quick smooth transition. I met the body tech assigned to the repairs. Jerry was very nice, and clearly knew his stuff. Highly recommend.

I was involved in a car accident and they wanted to total my car. I convinced them to have my car looked at. Caliber Collision came and got my car. We were able to get it repaired. Amanda at Jacksonville FL. On Beach Boulevard was wonderful. They always kept me updated and worked with me through the whole process. I would totally recommend this shop and their service.
