I had my headlights replaced caliber did not get the bumper back on properly it was hanging loose they told me to live with it they weren't going to take care of it

We had our Equinox repaired at the West Chester, PA Caliber location. We were greeted by Lance who explained everything, helped us get a rental car, & was just very friendly. He called with a progress report & the car was delivered on time. Repair work was top notch.

Dropped my Rogue off on Tuesday July 21, 2020 and was ready for pick up on Thursday July 23. Damage was minor but parts still needed to be ordered. In spite of this the repair was made in a very timely fashion. Quality of all work performed including replace, repair and paint was at the highest level. In all honesty you cannot detect that the vehicle was ever in need of repair. It is in like new condition. A real bonus on top of the work quality the vehicle was entirely detailed inside and out. Great experience! Went in for an insurance repair. Estimate was quick and easy. Worked well with my insurance carrier and was able to get two estimate increases approved due to concealed damage that they found when starting the repair and removing the bumper. Repair was perfect. Can't tell anything happened except the bumper is brand new and spotless. You can even pick up and drop off rental cars at their location which is a nice bonus and huge time saver with all the extra steps involved due to COVID-19 at Enterprise. Custo... read more

This business goes under different names. I know it as New Look Collision Center. But its also Gerber Collision Center. That tells you the kind of business it is, they dont want you to know who youre really dealing with. I brought my car in for an estimate to Alan ******, the insurance service writer. He promised he would take off minimal components of my car to perform the estimate. I just picked up my car from the Caliber Collision location at **** ********** Avenue, St Paul MN. I was more than satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the repairs and the price . The estimate was reasonable when compared to a second estimate from another body shop, I worked with John at Caliber Collision, and he kept me informed by text of the progress of the repairs every day, I give this business a five star review

My 2020 Kia Sportage was recently sideswiped in a grocery store parking lot. The left side of the front bumper was damaged. A neighbor told me about the great repair job Caliber Collision Center had done on his BMW so I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and took my car in. A service agent named Juan Martin examined my vehicle and said he would need to apply rubbing compound to the surface in order to best access the damage.
