They don't deserve even one star! They gave me a hail damage estimate which stated they were going to paint the hood, roof and trunk lid as well as fixing the hail dents. When I went to pick my car up they had not painted any part of the car. They told my insurance company that the clear coat damage was from a prior event. Vehicle was picked up by Caliber collision located on **** ************** *** on 06MAR2021. 30 days past and I was still told that they were waiting on some parts they had ordered to arrive. 60 days past and I was still told the same excuse that they were waiting on part(s) to arrive. Nobody called me to give me update on my vehicle as promised; It's currently approaching 90 days and I have no idea of what's going on with my vehicle as no one will call to give me update. Caught an employee burning out in my car and driving 30mph over speedlimit taking it to get the window they broke and didn't mention to me. I had to press them why my window did not match the others. Finally the agreed to fix it. 39 minutes after I dropped my car off I was on my porch and heard an engine rev and tires squeal, I looked and it was my car burning out infront of my house. We are from out of town and had a problem with our front bumper, having been damaged from a concrete bump pad in the hotel parking garage where we were staying. Someone at the hotel (Hilton Garden Inn in Irvine) referred us to Caliber Collision on 17th St. in Costa Mesa CA. It took Caliber collision 7 months to repair my son's 2020 Ford Ranger. They said they couldn't find the parts but we could order them via the internet. However, they said they had to order them their selves. Finally 7 months later we just ordered the parts and called American Family insurance. They then called Caliber and Caliber miraculously found parts but we had to send them the list.

I was hit by a drunk driver on March 12, 2021. Thankfully, the driver had insurance. My SUV has been at Caliber Collision since April 14, 2021 having repairs made. They called and told me that the mechanics put a new muffler on my car with a value higher than the damaged muffler that is being replaced. He told me that I had to pay the difference, not the insurance company, nor Caliber. He said that "his guys didn't talk to him about the brand of muffler they installed." I had a horrible experience they did not fix my car properly, they broke my windshield in my rearview mirror in the process of so called fixing my car. No one can tell me why or how my mirror was broken or windshield. The shop tried to accuse me then when I provided proof with pictures they then said it was from the sun. I was in a Hit & Run accident I was referred to this auto body shop by my insurance company Geico. They had my car over 30 days Geico had to keep extending my renter with Enterprise Rental company. I received a phone call from the auto body shop and the gentlemen informed that work that they did was wrong which would cause them to have my car longer and they would have to start back over.
