This review is for the Lacey / Yelm Washington repair shop. I took my new car in because Caliber was recommended by USAA insurance company. That was a big mistake on my part. They put my car on a truck and shipped it out of town for repair. When I asked for it to be returned so that I can drive it while they await parts, they told me that I would have to pay for them to put it back together. When an uninsured driver hit my brand new Kia Sorento (brand brand new, like barely at 1,000 miles new!) I was freaking out!
