I took my car on February 4th or 5th of this month. They have had my car all this time. I have been waiting on my car since last week. The past three days that I have gone, I have been told that they are waiting on Calibration to come. This should not be my problem. I went by the ***************** location in Fayetteville, NC. for an estimate. I was paying out of pocket and Patrik K***** went above and beyond the call of duty assisting me. I would recommend this location to those who are seeking a collision repair shop with a heart. They really do care and provide excellent customer service.
I was in a car accident in October and they are still messing around with fixing the finishing items. I think this should not have to be this way. No return calls from manager no one left to complain to. I hope you can help
I hit a deer on Nov 1st and took my car to them on Nov 8th. It sat for a month untouched meanwhile I had to turn my rental my insurance provided back in. After two weeks of my husband and I sharing his car I emailed caliber corporate. They called and apologized and started paying for my rental. For that I'm thankful. I picked my car up on Dec 30th. Horrible Experience...my car is not not fixed!! No one is calling me back. I just want me car fixed and they are wasting my time with the lies.
Ok I've yet be able to speak to someone over the dogwood conyers location. I dropped my car off in October for repairs and at the time of pick up my car was muggy on the inside and it was my headlight was foggy the paint and dirt and bubbles through the entire job and I smelled gas which I thought at the time was the fumes from the paint(my gas hose was loose). They have had our company truck for 3 months. For the past 3 weeks have been told it would be ready by end of week. One of our owners went over to the shop and found our truck. It is still totally dismantled. Extremely unsatisfied!
Caliber expected me to bring my SUV in for the initial estimate, leave it and wait for them to order parts. I've never heard of a body shop waiting until they have the vehicle to order parts when the vehicle is driveable, especially with today's supply chain interruptions. My accident occurred on September 26, 2021 and today is February 14, 2022. They have very poor communication with the customer. Their turnaround is terrible. They've had my car for over a month for repairing my bumper. They cite Covid as being the reason for all delays but offer no solution. They Offer no reason why they took on the workload if they couldn't get it done in a reasonable time. They keep blaming lack of parts on dealerships which is valid but when asked if they press the dealerships for results they say there's nothing they can do about it.
