Caliber Collision did an awesome job on my vehicle. Not only did they do the repairs they had it all cleaned up for me when I picked it up. The staff was very nice and very helpful.
Avoid this business! When they do bother to respond, they are rude and offer one excuse after another why they didn't respond as promised. The final straw was their demand of a personal deposit in order to proceed with ordering a part for a claim in which State Farm had committed full payment. I have previously used this shop and was highly satisfied; however, they clearly no longer want or need anyone's business.
I was greeted by Justine, who was Superb, she was upfront about the repairs that needed to be done. Justine answered all my questions in detail. The prices are reasonable and the repairs was done in a timely matter. A Big Thank You Justine I cant recommend Caliber Luxury of Charleston ENOUGH..KUDOS
First of all, my car has been there about a week and they are dragging their feet in repairing the automobile. The parts they have ordered have come in but they will not expedite the repair timeline. The timeline has been pushed back for several weeks. Also they have been slow to update me on the repairs. Arrived at my 1pm appt on Tues 5.17.22. Was told, "oh, we tried several times yesterday to call you to reschedule". I said no, you didn't, your # isn't in my missed call log. Then he said, we can't service you today, we only have 1 tech. But we can get you in May 31st, that's all we have. I then asked, why would you give me a appt for today, to have my vehicle appraiser done, then tell me, well we can't do it. caliber refused to repair my vehicle because me and a employee had a disagreement over 5 years ago so once I tried to have my vehicle towed there, the manager wouldn't allow my vehicle to come to the shop even those they are a direct repair shop with my insurance company, I told my insurance I didn't have to come to the shop at all as my brother work there and he can handle all my paper work and form but the manager again refused because he didn't like me, I have tried to reach out to the corporate office to file a complaint... read more
If they could get half a star that would be great! The associate had an attitude all morning. When I dropped my car off and asked for complimentary service, she acted like she didn't want to assist. I told her my rental was at Enterprise on **********. and she acted like that was an issue. The shuttle came but it came from *********** so when we drove off I said where are we going because my rental is at the Enterprise on ******, she said she couldn't take me to that location and had to drop me back off to Caliber. The worst service I have ever experienced. First issue, I had an appointment to get my vehicle fixed. I called 3 days before my appointment to see if I could drop off early and was informed my appointment was rescheduled and sorry they forgot to call. Second issue, my new appointment was set, I dropped off the vehicle and was informed that it would be ready in 1 week. Stay away from Caliber Collision. My car is in their body shop for over 5 months now (under Farmers insurance claim). As per their updates, every 2nd or 3rd week, the repair is near completion then suddenly some part go on back order. This is to the extent that repair was "completed" last week but, this week, "some parts" are on back order again.
