I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision on *****************, *******, TX. I took it mid morning and it was repaired before 2:30 pm. The manager and the receptionist were very friendly and courteous. The work was done and it looks just as it did when the car was purchased (new). I would highly recommend this body shop to work on any vehicle. I will take mine back if I have to have anything further done. Thank you very much for a job well done.

Good afternoon My experience with this company was horrible, first I received a rental car with bad tags, then they damage my vehicle. I have pictures of before & after and they still won't take accountable. I feel that I' ve been taken advantage of, Due to my race and age. Please don't go to this business, on ********************************

If I could give them a zero, I would. Elder abuse, liars - they tried to get in good graces with insurance company by taking a picture of dirt on floor mat and saying car was in poor condition. They also lied and said car had oil leak. I will continue to blast them for the treatment of my elderly parents who hit a deer. Horrible management, horrible people. Please find another place for your vehicle. If your insurance company wants to use them, find another place.

Caliber Collision has had my vehicle for 12 wks and just started repairing it. Victor ******* ********* and Sam his gm are absolutely terrible to work with. Victor told me multiple times that my parts were on indefinite backorder despite me finding and providing a list of every single part he needed (which is outside of my client contract responsibilities). Caliber Collision in Cibolo filed false claims with State Farm. They also broke my fender flare clips and tried to hide it by super gluing them back on. Brought it to another company and they are replacing them through insurance. Such a horrible thing to do to a trusting customer.

Dishonest / Untrustworthy: I brought my car (**********************************) in and met with a specific Service Advisor (we can call him "K"). I asked "K" for an estimate to repair damage to the front right side of my vehicle. The damage is clearly on both the fender, continuing onto the bumper (a contiguous section of about 20"). Initial contact with staff was very good. When my truck was finished it was discovered that the work was incomplete, but they insisted that it was finished. I took the truck and called to complain to the manager. I continued to leave messages and sent an email to the main office. It has been four months and no one has contacted me. The work was incomplete and was not professional. The staff was rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this business.
