We had a fender ****** on 6/23/23. Our insurer told us to take the car to Caliber on *************************************************************. We did.The adjuster, employed by Caliber wrote the report declared our car is a total loss on 6/28/23 and sent it out to the insurer. She used a wrong car model number in her evaluation and didn't check our excellent maintenance history since 2011.We have a very stressful time trying to undo the damage Caliber created by inaccuracy of information.1. I would like to share my recent experience at Caliber Collision's ******, ** location (*********************) regarding hail damage repair on my vehicle. A representative named ****** provided an estimate for over $11,000, which I found too expensive. Despite multiple calls to pick up my vehicle, ***** told me to wait for ******** return to sign the paperwork.When I finally picked up my vehicle, I noticed it struggling to switch gears on the highway, and the check engine light came on. Caliber ******** *************** is a sham. My daughter was rear ended in her way home from work while waiting at a stop light. The car was taken to this shop in April and we have yet get the car back. I wish they would have stated they were too busy to take the car so that we could have taken it to another location to get fixed. The completion date for when the car will be fixed has been moved at least 6 times and this week they said it wont be ready until later in July. These guys did an HORRIBLE job "fixing" my fender/bumper and trim. They installed warped trim, which doesn't lay flush with, and they also refused to replaced the warped trim they installed In addition to that, a couple months later, both the fender and trim are now beginning to separate from my vehicle. I don't think they used the correct number of brackets replacing these parts. Terrible. Incompetent and terrible service. It is no wonder they have had their accreditation revoked by the BBB. My car was vandalized in Jan. ***** refer me to Caliber and I drop off. Caliber calls to say repairs are complete end of Feb.Go to collect and some repairs have not been completed as claimed. Still an area of damage to bodywork they missed. I had a bad experience and I do not recommend this body shop, (Montana location). I do not how why to many people give 5 stars to this business, maybe I had a bad luck day but it has been a nightmare after I got my car back. They do not follow their "core values" about quality Inspection. I as a customer had to do it, and I found several flaws. My 2020 *************** was rear-ended by a distracted driver on 5/12/2023 in *********,**. I sent my truck to Caliber the following Monday. It is now 6/2/2023, and I still don't have an estimate or any idea of what's going on with my truck. I check my Carwise link every day and have been calling the *********, ** location almost every day for three weeks to get an update. I went to Caliber and they did the body work great. However they killed my battery and when they used a small jump-box it blew my headlights and alarm system. Had to get it towed to ******* dealership. Now Calibre states if I get a diagnostic from ******* they will not honor warranty. I missed work and my flight. I am out a days pay and price of ticket. Caliber should be held liable for all damage and rental vehicle. Poor poor service and ***************** ****************
