they promised a collision repair at a given price and done by a given date. they failed at both. it took a week longer. they broke trim on the car and charged me for it. i paid for it, but expressed my disapproval.i will never go back to them. my intuition is they make promises to secure the deal, but probably do not follow through.

Avoid this place. Took my sons car to caliber collision because the insurance company USAA wanted the vehicle serviced there. They did a horrible job repairing the door. Quality control there is awful, trash from the repair left in the vehicle and bolts to the door not secured or missing. Never again.

Caliber collision in ******* **********. ***************** is constantly lieing about how long the repair would take. It took 3 1/2 months to fix a dent in a rear bumper and he constantly lied about how long it would take. So no trust these people and go somewhere else

I thought the shop was there to do business, my vehicle was at two different facilities, til I found out where the car was at this 1604;shop, I approached the manager, n was reassured the my vehicle would be put in the shop, to be evaluated for what it would need as far as ****** *** knew I would be responsible for whatever parts n labor, was accused, he said give me a couple of ********* would get back to me, , well not even a courtesy call, my car was towed n parked in front of my house in pieces, after,2 ****** ****** los... read more

This has to be one of the worst places to get your car repaired.Promised dates mean nothing and the employees will lie to your face about when your vehicle will be returned. You will NEVER receive a call when there is a delay. I understand that things happen, but the customer is never in the communication loop.You will get yor vehicle back when they get around to it.If you go in and complain, you become the problem. They repaired our bumper at no charge!Took 15 minutes. ***** at their Bedford Heights OH location was great. They will have our business if we later need their expertise.

Awful, disgusting business. They have roped in so many insurance companies into their cheap, pathetic repairs. They will tell you that your insurance company did not approve specific repairs (when they did), charge the insurance company for them and then not do them. Avoid them. DO NOT USE CALIBER COLLISION. The repairs that they actually do are completely substandard.

Mayport location is HORRIBLE!!! Had someone steal a very personal necklace out of my car. Yes there is proof!!!! But the managers there DO NOT CARE at all. I will never bring my car back to them. Pretty sure they let anyone take what they want out of customers cars because they can hide behind the "well you singed the wavier so we aren't responsible." **** and ***** are the worst managers possible. They were not willing to help in way shape or form.
