I took my car here after an accident to fix the damage. When they told me the car was ready for pick up I did a walk around and the bumper was clearly not attached correctly, the side panel was sticking out and the paint job was horrendous. The rep that walked around the car with me apologized and said he didnt know how their auto people could even consider this done. So they told me to leave the car and they would correct the issue. My car has been in the shop for 5 months now due to vandalism. This entire process has been a nightmare. The manager and service advisor who first took my car in are no longer with the company due to the quality they put out. When I first took my car in, there was extensive damage due to the vandalism. When I got it back, I discovered damage caliber had caused to multiple other areas of my car. I brought in my Jeep Wrangler in after an accident that messed up my front bumper barely. I was told that the front grill needed fixed as well. What do I know? I left it to the professionals to make that assessment this is why I pay for full coverage in insurance. When I left my vehicle with this company it had a metal Grill. The accident happened this past June, and I just noticed mid August that my front grill was returned to me with a plastic grill. ABSOLUTELY GARABAGE! 2 WEEK REPAIR TURNED INTO 3 MONTHS AND SHOP BLAMED IT ON SHORT STAFFED, COVID19 AND THE BRANCH MANAGER RETIRED. 4 EXTENSIONS ON THE COMPLETION DATE. TOTAL GARABGE.

I want others to know that you do not have to go with Caliber. I have had several attempts by them to take our car to their shop without authorization from me or my spouse. Beware of a company that reaches out to you immediately after a wreck and says they are who the insurance company wants you to use. We have a choice of providers. I do not trust an organization like this. I had to call my towing company twice to make sure they didn't release my car to them.

Drove 16 miles one way to get an estimate. When it was ******* I never had a problem, today, follows a person in whom was carrying a tray of coffee, office empty, the person I followed in came into the reception area, when I enquired about an estimate he told me I had to make an appointment because they were short handed today(coffee break) I told him I didn't drive this 36 mile trip to be told I had to make an appointment FOR AN ESTIMATE?????Since this is an indication of customer service, I do NOT want my vehicle in their ... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY are absolutely AWFUL. They dragged me along for TWO MONTHS. Called me week after week about THEM breaking parts on my 2022 car, missing issues that needed to be fixed, and constantly delaying getting my vehicle back. ONLY FOR THEM TO HAVE MISSED A HUGE PART OF THE REPAIR. AFTER THEY HAD ALREADY REPAIRED the body of my car, then AFTER TWO MONTHS tell me its going to be totaled because of THEIR incompetence.
