Omg they are amazing took my Equinox up to Caliber Collision in ************* they did an amazing job . My vehicle dont even look like it was in an accident. The staff are amazing good customer service. ******** was so understanding and kept in contact with to reassure everything was OK. The bumper of my brand new qx60 somehow became loose, caliber estimated a quick fix by replacing the bumper bracket. The first scheduled appointment they canceled shortly after I arrived stating they order the wrong part for my repair. The second visit, the bracket was repaired however the same separation I was preciously experiencing reoccurred less than 24hrs later. A technician robbed my vehicle, left it in disarray and the company refused to cooperate in the investigation. Basically said it was on me to prove the items were stolen, which is impossible as they were ..stolen.
I visited the ************** location of Caliber Collision and worked with **************, who wrote a preliminary estimate of $3273, but warned that the price could go up once they have the front end opened up. I dropped the care off on July 5, 2023. On July 6, 2023, I received a text with a link to the updated estimate of $3,462 (I took a picture of the weblink and I'm glad I did). I told them to proceed. I was referred by the Chysler dealership they took me my car would be in good hands with the best quality work. April 2023 my mothers car was in an accident her front driver side of her car was damage the insurance company recommended Calliber Collision, this was the start of another nightmare! What should have been a week and half turned into 3 plus week of h*** due to their sloppiness! You can really tell what kind of company you are dealing with when you have an issue and have to back. Over three months ago I had Caliber Collision off of ******************* in ****** ** repair my damaged car. A sensor started malfunctioning on the side of the collision. When I went in to have it checked their team went above and beyond to locate the problem (a loose brake sensor) and fix it. I greatly appreciate their persistence!
I had great service with Caliber Collision in Frisco on 423 for a minor bumper accident, but my steering wheel got damaged by someone at the shop, from what I believe to be a ring on someones finger. The damage started flat and chewed up, but grew frayed and deep as I drove my car more. When the damage got visually and physically bigger, I went in to seek resolution.
