My daughter's car was hit on the passenger side, involving the rear panel, tail light, and trunk. It is a 2019 Audi luxury car. Caliber Collision quoted the cost of repairs at $18,000, so the guilty party's insurance company wanted to total the vehicle. Unbelievable!! I got our insurance, GEICO, involved, and the car was towed to a different collision center, which estimated the repair cost to be $10,000. Audi of the Dominion uses Caliber Collision for repairs. Geico set my car up to be repaired by caliber collision. I took it in had the repairs done, upon return my service engine light came on, a little while later I smelled burning coolant. I pulled over to check the coolant and there was none in there. I had to wait and add coolant, now the coolant wont stay in the car. *** contacted ********* contacted caliber and *** had a lawyer contact them as well. Worst company!!! Please please do not send your vehicle to this company. My insurance company referred me and is informed on how bad this company is with their used parts. My Jeep has been screwed up ever since this company got ahold of it. Please do not choose this company to fix your vehicle

My car was towed to Caliber Collision in ************, ** on 09/15/2023 due to a hit and run accident. No warning lights were on, it needed body repairs. I was called to pick the car up 5 weeks later on 10/20/2023. Upon arrival I found grease smeared on front door panels, driver door handle broken, paint pen markings remained on exterior, warning lights on the dash, and the car was making such a loud noise that I could not drive it home. ******** experience my daughter had. We thought she would never get her car back. Almost 3 months. Thank God we finally got it back! Beware. Everything thats been reported about these experiences please believe it!!! We have been in their shoes with this company. Not all but most. Trust me you will tooif not all.

Worst business in the world. Didnt notify me about car not being ready - which used up my rental agreement.So when I didnt pay my deductible to make up for it. They called POLICE on me this business should be shut down.
