Rude and sexist to women. Refer to grown women as "young lady" and "hun." In 2022 this is simply not acceptable behavior. They need to do a quick training with all their employees.

Worst place ever!!!!. They had my car for over 100 days. As in other reviews our experience was the worst. It was every excuse to extend the return of the car. Upon the return of the car, the interior was filthy, (one text suggested that they were keeping it one more day to clean it). Also amazingly enough it was returned with only one windshield wiper. This is the most irresponsable repair shop in the Market. My car was taken to the shop on **** ************** in January 2022 for repairs. It has taken them 4 months and still my vehicle is in their possession. Their excuse was shortage on parts to repair my vehicle due to pandemia reasons which was a load of lies, yet I spoke to the adjuster for my insurance who took the time to help me and he called the suppliers for the parts on my car who responded saying there was no reason for an issue on repairs because there was neve... read more

I recently had body work repairs done at Caliber Collision Bethel Park located at ***************. First I had my initial appointment, Sherri was very personable and professional. She gave me an outline of what to expect when dropping my vehicle off. After talking with Sherri, Victoria walked me to my car and did a visual inspection. I gave my 2022 Kia Telluride to Caliber Collision in Pemberton, NJ the first week of November 2021. It had $20.5K worth of damage to the front end from an accident. I was told initially that I would receive weekly updates for the vehicle and be in the loop the entire process (I did use Caliber Collison in California for a different vehicle a few years back and THAT experience was phenomenal). Caliber Collision, Wow! where should I start. Well I worked at caliber and can totally relate to the frustration many vendors and suppliers of Caliber Collision is a force to work with, the management of the accounts payable department is outright distasteful. I took my car to Caliber Collision of Wilson March 3, 2022 to have a new bumper and front wheel wells put on. I signed a contract for the repairs and was given a rental car to get to and from work and school until repairs were finished with a 4 day estimate. I waited and never received a call for the ending of repairs, so I contacted them March 16, 2022 to check the status of my car. worst company ever if you take your car here plan on having more damage done than when you brought it here the only reason they even get a Star is because they did fix the damage but I was without my car for 4 weeks Also this was the 2nd car I brought here for an insurance claim and they damaged my other car while it was under their care

They did shoddy repair work to begin with and when the work cracked completely five months out, they did not stand behind their warranty and guarantee. They used the excuse, "new impact caused cracking". I'll never use their auto body repair services again. Buyer beware!!!!
