Dangerous place to live! Do not live here. I stayed here for a year, until avita management took over, it was great. Sure had some issues but you had freedom. Once they took over it was a nightmare. I got shocked on the property and they brushed it under the rug like nothing happened. They have live exposed wiring all around the complex. For your safety and your families avoid this place
Amazing Living here was a great experience. The area is fun and the building is very well kept. Highly recommend for any professionals traveling to Los Angeles.

Verified Renter Signed a 15 month lease and moved in Nov ‘24, so far things have been good. Apartment is nice, grounds are kept, complex is quiet, nice amenities.

Great Place I'd Love to Call Home! This place has great ambience. Reminds me of Central Park lofts overlooking the Park. Great staff too, on the ball and know their stuff and really want to help people! Also, this place is well-organized, has tenant drop boxes for mail so they don't have to worry about porch pirates! In short, a Great Place to Call Home! :)
