Griffis at Canyon Creek Great location. Great staff. Under renovation and increasing its price. Rent cost does not justify what it offers.
Griffis at Canyon Creek (formerly Avendaro) The apartments are in good condition. There are some that have the option to upgrade to stainless steel appliances but all of them have carpet. Great location for families since it is near grocery stores, restaurants, and a mall and also in a great school district. Office staff doesn't communicate very effectively but when they do, everyone is very nice.
Griffis Canyon Creek Apartments The staff is amazing and friendly! Always ready to listen and help in any way. The grounds are always manicured and beautiful. Feels like a true home! Located in North Austin surrounded by everything needed for every day living! I love living at Griffis Canyon Creek!
