Okay if it suits your budget The new management is good, they're responsive on repair requests. But as a community they don't maintain it well. People leave trash everywhere. No one ever picks up their dog poop. AND PARKING'S TERRIBLE. There were a couple of mail break ins in the span of one month despite having a locked door

Two Stars is generous We have regular issues with the garbage rooms, although it has slightly improved. We have had problems with dog pee, poop and vomit in the hallways as a regular issue. Lights are out in the entryway from the garage, and garbage is always accumulating around the entry ways. They do not hire enough maintenance staff or cleaning staff. Multiple letters and complaints filed. The people who work here are extremely nice, but security is awful. Cars broken into in the "gated" parking. No cameras to monitor any... read more

Disgusting There’s always trash all over the place. Pretty filthy in and out.

Always something going wrong... Although my apartment itself is nice, since moving in this spring there is always some excuse as to why the gym, pool, business center, fire pit, and other amenities are not working or are closed. It feels like there is literally always some excuse, and yet I doubt they'd accept excuses from me if I couldn't pay my rent for weeks, or months, at a time. Lacking Quality and Maintenance At first glance it appears to be a great place to live and once you move in things are wonderful but after the first week you will start to notice that most things are just painted over and look pretty but underneath all the decor the units have several issues. There’s a very bad roach issue going on that has yet to be treated and you will experience gnats in your home regardless of clean you are. Disappointed at the Decline We have been here for over 2 years and have seen the steady decline. HORRIBLE disgusting community. Dirty. They dont clean. They dont answer the phone ever. Horrible management. Towing company tows cars no matter what is you register or not or park in the right spot or not. Do NOT MOVE HERE

Jenna and the team are amazing! They go out of there way. They have been super patient. I'm hoping we ( tenants) can be as patient with them. .

Bad management Since the storm, my unit has had no water for over 2 weeks. There were daily emails sent with work updates but it did not include my unit for reasons unknown. When I attempted to call the office, most times I was sent to voice mail. The lack of communication is appalling. When I was finally able to get running water the plumbers left a mess saying maintenance will take care of it. It's been days and I have yet to hear anything from them.
