Okay if it suits your budget The new management is good, they're responsive on repair requests. But as a community they don't maintain it well. People leave trash everywhere. No one ever picks up their dog poop. AND PARKING'S TERRIBLE. There were a couple of mail break ins in the span of one month despite having a locked door

Lacking Quality and Maintenance At first glance it appears to be a great place to live and once you move in things are wonderful but after the first week you will start to notice that most things are just painted over and look pretty but underneath all the decor the units have several issues. There’s a very bad roach issue going on that has yet to be treated and you will experience gnats in your home regardless of clean you are. Disappointed at the Decline We have been here for over 2 years and have seen the steady decline. HORRIBLE disgusting community. Dirty. They dont clean. They dont answer the phone ever. Horrible management. Towing company tows cars no matter what is you register or not or park in the right spot or not. Do NOT MOVE HERE
The best place I have ever lived! Currently I am living my second year at Griffis Canyon Creek. Likely I will be here another year too unless I purchase a house. The Management/Maintenance and Leasing staff are amazing and they all go out of their way to make our community a great place to live! I travel and work from home so choosing a place to live is extra important as it also is my work space. This went into the decision to move here. Look Elsewhere Pros: The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment walls are thick. Rent isn't too high. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Cons: Getting out of the complex is difficult during rush hour. Fruit flies are abundant year-round. The gates are usually broken. The trash compactor is frequently overloaded, and people leave their trash sitting out. Corporate treatment of Individual tenants Griffis Canyon Creek Apartments is my current residendvy. The management in this complex is slow to respond to residents regarding maintenance issues and consistently tells tenants we will fix that (today, tomorrow, whenever), but the request is never done until you are abrupt with the on site management, maintenance staff. Common area maintenance issues are delayed for weeks @ a time. The staff is arrogant, unhelpful, and condescending to questions, issues, and concerns.
Management/Maintenance staff the management/maintenance staffs @ Griffi's Canyon Creek in Austin, TX are arrogant, curt, rude and uncooperative with tenants. When maintenance request are submitted they are not promptly resolved and the tenant must understand and speak Spanish to get maintenance work completed.
