All in all happy with my experience Love the property & staff! I have seen the design board for the what the renovations will look like after completion and they are beautiful!

Do Not Move Here Save yourself the trouble and do NOT move here. Lakeline Parmer Lane does not value the safety and well-being of its residents. I’m February 2021, my first floor apartment flooded due to a sink leaking from the third floor apartment above me. I had 1-2 inches of standing water throughout my kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Repairs for this took over SIX MONTHS and the work completed was inadequate and incomplete. DONT STAY HERE Whatever you do don’t live here. Almost all units have cockroach infestations. Lots of homeless people and police activity because of it. Trash valet doesn’t come for weeks at a time and you still get charged for it. Front office is extremely rude and dismissive. Front office will walk into your apartment when your not home (i’ve seen it happen to my neighbors). These units are gross and I had to break my lease early because of it.

ZERO STARS ZERO STARS! This message is for the regional manager and owners of this property. It clearly shows you do not care for your residents and community. How can a property with so many units have only one service worker? How come every month there is a new leasing agent? I am shocked that the property manager is still around. New Resident I’ve been here just a couple of weeks and the complex is very accommodating to the issues I’ve needed fixed and has been very patient with all of my questions.
