Verified Renter The Trails at Canyon Creek is a nice, beautiful, secure environment, and excellent management experience. Yet, everything comes with a higher price. Water bill is unreasonable about $200, front door trash pickup $30, many times the trash were not pickup. Penalty for breaking the lease is two times of rent.

No Sense of Safety Here Pure carelessness when it comes to safety here. You won’t feel safe here. Wheels being stolen from vehicles; catalytic converter targeting this complex because gate is always out of service and improperly functioning. The cats in my vehicle were stolen overnight.
