Verified Renter I have really been enjoying my time here at The Trails at Canyon Creek! We plan on renewing when the time comes. Great staff, the Greenvelt view is amazing
Awesome building in a great location Everything in the apartment is up to date and nice. The location is wonderful as there are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, bars, cafes, everything you’d need in walking distance. The move in process was wonderful, Kimberly helped me all the way from first looks at the apartment to after move-in. She is very responsive, well-informed, and kind. I had no issues at all with my move in process, it was very smooth and easy.

Verified Renter Avoid Trails at Canyon Creek. Management is good, maintenance team has a chip on their shoulder, property and buildings are laughably sound-transparent. If you want quiet and convenient, look somewhere else.

Verified Renter While we ran into a couple of hiccups upon my move in, the front office staff took immediate action to secure my wellbeing and satisfaction. The front office staff is genuinely the best team I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their maintenance team is also like non others. Verified Renter The Trails at Canyon Creek is a decent place to live. Maintenance staff is professional and friendly and that is very important for any tenant. Location is good for shopping nearby. Residents are friendly for the most part. No serious crime in this area of the county.

Verified Renter I have been a resident here for over 3 years and everyone has always been so friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the exterior areas are also kept looking nice. The community also feels very safe and is very close to many fun places and restaurants.

Verified Renter The Trails at Canyon Creek is a nice, beautiful, secure environment, and excellent management experience. Yet, everything comes with a higher price. Water bill is unreasonable about $200, front door trash pickup $30, many times the trash were not pickup. Penalty for breaking the lease is two times of rent.

The recurring pest infestations, elevator outages, and prolonged closures of amenities like the gym, pool, and hot tub have significantly detracted from the overall living experience.
