Rich specifically was super helpful and knowledgeable during the application/move in process and was great at following up. I was approved the same day I applied and moved in 5 days after. No Sense of Safety Here Pure carelessness when it comes to safety here. You won’t feel safe here. Wheels being stolen from vehicles; catalytic converter targeting this complex because gate is always out of service and improperly functioning. The cats in my vehicle were stolen overnight. Reported that to management team as soon as I realized that and really did not like the way this went down. I wanted to leave the office knowing that I would be safe here. Worse feeling ever. Verified Renter So far I love my new apartment it’s a great area and lots of upgrades are happening to the pool and gym. Would love to see more upkeep of the grounds and trash cleaned up around the property. But other than that it’s quiet and i feel safe here. Thank you!
Verified Renter I love living jere at The Trails of Canyon Creek. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Service requests are easy to submit and are andwered in a timely manner. The grounds are well maintained , free of trash and there is always plenty of parking!
