Verified Renter So far I love my new apartment it’s a great area and lots of upgrades are happening to the pool and gym. Would love to see more upkeep of the grounds and trash cleaned up around the property. But other than that it’s quiet and i feel safe here. Thank you!
Verified Renter I love living jere at The Trails of Canyon Creek. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Service requests are easy to submit and are andwered in a timely manner. The grounds are well maintained , free of trash and there is always plenty of parking!

All in all happy with my experience Love the property & staff! I have seen the design board for the what the renovations will look like after completion and they are beautiful!

DONT STAY HERE Whatever you do don’t live here. Almost all units have cockroach infestations. Lots of homeless people and police activity because of it. Trash valet doesn’t come for weeks at a time and you still get charged for it. Front office is extremely rude and dismissive. Front office will walk into your apartment when your not home (i’ve seen it happen to my neighbors). These units are gross and I had to break my lease early because of it.

New Resident I’ve been here just a couple of weeks and the complex is very accommodating to the issues I’ve needed fixed and has been very patient with all of my questions.
