This service is a scam. I am paying almost triple what my average bills for this time of year were with my previous company. I have gas heaters and water heater yet I am hit with premium surcharges when others are blasting their electric heaters. Paying $30 in a single day for electric is pure nonsense. I will be switching back as soon as I possibly can. My average bill for January is typically less than $80 and I am already at well over $150 and it is only the 21st!! My electric bill has gone up so much. Griddy sent me an email stating they would give me a $30 credit due to a system issue, but I've yet to receive it. I keep my thermostat on 64, so I don't understand why my bill is so high. I'm currently looking for a new electric provider.

My husband and I are currently getting charged a minimum of $25 a DAY! This does not save any money, in fact it’s way more! The delivery charges are insane. Save yourself and your money, and don’t use this terrible company. I don’t see how anyone can save money with such high costs.
Looking forward to getting an IFTTT App from Griddy to really take advantage of the realtime pricing of electricity with my IFTTT compatible thermostats. When can we expect this from Griddy? Othe electric providers are starting to offer this feature.
Working on my 2nd month -- seamless switch and I'm still amazed at the rates. REALLY glad I signed up - wish I had done it sooner.
