I think this is a real and great breakthrough in electricity retailing in a competitive power market! I've just joined #Griddy, and I expect this to be a great customer experience. As an electrical engineer I've been involved in competitive power market matters overseas for years, and this is the first time that I see a so bold and innovative approach to power retailing. The cost benefit is great, but you get what you pay for with customer service. I changed information on my account for my recharge selections, but it only reflects my card info, shows the recharge date as the date I changed it, but by account balance never refilled. Customer service is only available Monday through Friday. The online support is also, only available Monday through Friday, which is poor service in instances like this. So I continue watching my accoun dwindle down and wonder what happens when it gets to zero...

I save a ton of money! Makes switching well worth it. Even if you have to pay to get out of a contract with someone else! Do it, it will pay off!!
