Greendot visa has my money locked up in a card I cant use. I'VE sent my drivers license front and back 12 times, all rejected. Thete still taking monthly charges out of a card I cant use.

GreenDot.com card doesn't have dispute option , if customers pay for good or service and didn't receive service or good, customer lost the money, it's no protection from GreenDot.com card Green dot card customers service outside from USA; Any GOOD OR SERVICE customer pay, it's not PROTECTED,because GreenDot.com doesn't have dispute option

Wow. I am totally flabbergasted that CVS would sell such a garbage card. It is a total scam. The box says "simple fees, nothing hidden" and then you see this ridiculous "unlimited use" 7.95 is WAIVED for over a 1000 dollars. And then when I get it, there's a 1.95 fee. Fine. And I even figure, whatever, it's a prepaid-card 10 bucks from hidden fees. Then I try to use the **** thing. They want all this personal information, fine, I fill it out. I've been using a money card for a while like almost 4 years. I've NEVER had an issue with my card at all. I wake up this morning and have 3 charges from a hotel in Orlando, FL!! I'm in TN more than 16 hours away from Orlando. I'm pretty ****** to say the least. I call to see what can be done and I'm told I have to wait 2 weeks before we can do anything. Like seriously? So I'm out of over $100 from 2 weeks and green dot just says whatever about it. Looking for a new card ASAP!!

Total SCAM! Was given a $50 Visa gift card from Green Dot, turns out they charge you $7.95 when you activate it and automatically sign you up for their credit card.

I purchased a load and go card. Its suppose to be instant use! Well i put $50 on the card. I tried to use online it was declined. I went to their website registered the card with my personal info and that was suppose to release the card to use online. I tried again and still declined. I called and the aasociate was hard to understand and he said i needed to register the card. I had already did that. This is the worst bank possible. They wont give you access to your money without a card, which they will repeatedly charge you for. But they never send the card.

I did not need an ID to put my money on the card. When they got my money on the card then they say I have to have an ID to get my money off the card! They have stolen my money and won't give it back to me green.GreenDot Is nothing but a bunch of thieves and Pirates someone should know! ***********@gmail.com

Definitely deserves 10 ZERO'S This has been a complete nightmare. I had a transaction deducted from my account on 9/20/18. I filed a disputed as instructed and the represented told me it would take 10 business day to resolve the dispute. I called on the 11th business day and received another date of 45 days to resolve the issue.
