Had had my account blocked for 3 weeks, after cashing a check from my uncle's business with them. Funds are still not available. I sent the documents requested several times. The funds have been removed from the issuers account 2 weeks ago. Green Dot has essentially stolen the money from the issuer of the check and myself. Due to the block on my account I have not been able to pay my car insurance, or my car payment. I've called customer service several times and all i am told is to wait longer.
Took my $7.95 and didn't allow me to use services. A total rip off
Greendot is a Big Scam they stole $1200.00 from me and I don't know what to do and they need to be Shut Down from the Government
I would give them a zero if I could. An account was fraudulently opened in my name and I cannot contact a live person to resolve this.
This is the most lousy Corporation in all these United States. Customer service is horrible support for customers is just non existing. I you are out there looking for a great online banking experience, take it from me, GOBANK shouldn't be an option. Unless you want to be constantly frustrated and stranded in the stress. I am forced to give at least a star to successfully submit this review However, they don't earn any star
I don't know how they can rate an A, it should be an F. Impossible to deal with. I ordered a new card and they locked my account. Getting it unlocked has taken me almost three months and it still isn't done.
Stoppped getting our direct deposit early.. Green Dot states it is our companies fault. We got a hold of our boss who states that he sends it in on Thursday.. Makes no sense. Funny how we have never had a problem getting it early before and when we address it, green dot hangs up the phone.
They are having several issues woth deposits of paychecks on time for direct deposit from their paychecks and theey have blocked me from inquiring about my funds. I have another account with BOA and the funds are in my account. They lied and said no issue with account when I called them to proactively about my account. I want to make a report against them. Its utterly ridiculous!!!
I have had a Greendot card for over 9 years with no problems loading money to it. On 10/28/18 I purchased a Moneypak. Today is 11/06/18 and I have yet to be able to deposit MY money to MY card. I have lost track of the number of calls I have made to customer service (a call center in the Phillippines with "agents" reading from a script), I have lost count of the number of supervisors I have spoken with.
