I am in fear that i have lost our money through Green dot. My direct deposit was transferred to them on the 7th and shows up online. Immediately the card was blocked for fraud review. I sent in the info (ID) that they wanted via email that same day. The phone line automatically tells me that my card is still blocked and may take up to 5 days to review my info. I just pray that I get my money back and I will not do further business with them. 0 stars
company full of conartists... bought a prepaid card to pay some bills and for travel expenses... to eat for 3 days on greyhound... my card is continuously denied for "incorrect pin... cant reset it by calling customer service... they say i have to do it from a regular computer... go to the website... it says use the mobile app go to the mobile app NO OPTION TO RESET THE PIN... so i get on a bus for 3 days in the morning... I ordered checks about a month ago haven't received them yet called to see what they can do about it and if there was anyway to get my money that I have on my account they said that I would have to reorder the checks and I asked them what was the reason why they absolutely didn't have an answer or reason to why I haven't received my checks in the mail it's like I totally stumped them now I have bill's to pay today and I'm not able to get things done because of the incompetence of this business

This the the poorest run company in the world. You can not reach anyone by phone. After 5 days I finally found a number on a complaint link on Facebook. My card was shut down by them without my knowledge. My pay was rejected, all my Christmas returns was accepted and was said to be sent to me in checks which I still have not received. Purchased a card on 1/5/2019 loaded $100 and I could not register the card. Called the "customer service"line but there is no live person. This company is a fraud. I was able to get a direct phone number was given the run around for 30 minutes. Finally they agreed to issue a refun which should arrive 1/28/2019. No one should have to jump through hoops to get their own money back. Horrible experience.
I just received this card as a Birthday gift. Its the WORST gift I have ever got. WHY IN THE WORLD do I need to leave my Social Security #. Address, Phone number, Copy of my drivers license JUST to spend my PREPAID card?? Its ridiculous , almost concerning to call the police for Identity Theft. Cant contact anyone on the phone #. Ready to shred this card. Sorry my son wasted $80.00. But this company is NOT getting my information!!!
This company was created to fraud the consumer. My card was never received than my money was stolen and even after many disputes, police reports, letters proving the transaction wasnt me the still deny my claim with no reason. Im amazed how they continue to be allowed to stay in business i guess they are unregulated. I would love to be part of a class action suit if possible. If anyone reading this stay away from this company and if anyone has any info please contact me.
My wife can never get paid ON her payday. Always paid after the date on her pay stub! You guys are trash! It's even more frustrating because these people you hire overseas just to pay them cheaper are not on an American's level PERIOD!!!!! They are so monotone and have no heart!!!! But if I call customer service for bank of America they would be ALL over this problem!
