My account is blocked i can not access my hard earned money this is completely unacceptable! Friday 03/29/19 my pay check from my employer was direct deposited into my account and i also went to Walmart to load an additional $500. The most unreal thing I've encountered in society. You can walk into a CVS or Walmart and get completely ripped off. The fact that these businesses continue to sell these products and hurt the people is beyond sickening. Shame on everyone involved
Having trouble getting my refund all I'm doing is getting the run around and this is unexpected my identity was stolen and I have sent in all the correct documents they asked for and still can't get my refund money that I have done worked hard for this been going on for 3 months and it doesn't make any sense I need help getting my money
Unprofessional and truly a scam. I lost my card 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive a replacement or my money. Every time I call my issue is never resolved and they're telling me to wait another 3 weeks after submitting proof that they requested.
Bought a Green Dot card as a birthday gift for my daughter. Registered the card with all the correct information & was told they could not verify my identity. After thinking about it, I just have been a fool to give all my personal information for a prepaid card & now it's a problem verifying my identity after they have it all. Can't get my refund. Not answering calls or emails or messages. I have no way to resolve this issue.This is unacceptable, immoral, and most likely illegal.
There should be less than a star. Its hard to believe that this company is allowed to stay in business.
The company locked my card and barred me from making a purchase charging a fee in the middle of the month. I would like a refund, no longer doing business with Green Dot, this is not the first time something like this happened.
I filed my taxes and request that it be put on a turbo prepaid visa card. I have never received the card and my state taxes have been issued. I call the Greendot and Turbo prepaid card numbers and cannot get through. I am not able to speak with anyone and they want me to enter a card number i have never received. So my money is in the air somewhere and I cannot get hold of anyone at this company.
