Hi GreenDot didn't get my money back they claim that I don't send my ID to the email which I already did and steal didn't get my refund
I bought a card at wallmrt and loaded 250 on it the card had a issue they sent me another one like 2weeks later its been 2 months now they did not refund me nor send me a new card or bother to resolve the matter I have recite of purchase and 3 claim numbers. They don't care and will keep ur money
A person from there organization called me. The call came from their number. He told me a person tried stealing 500 from my account. The mam said he blocked the transaction, and order me a new card. He putit under restrictions. However I get a email 3 days later someone pulled 480$ out my account. The person sent my money to whoever and the person changed my account information. The QuickBooks Cash Account / Green Dot Bank customer support is really weak and frustrating to deal with. QuickBooks and Green Dot Bank just keep everyone going around in circles. They could not perform the simple task of updating a birthdate that was entered in error. Hours later my issue is still unresolved. Poor customer service. Extremely difficult to close a debit card - took 3 months and I'm not sure it's closed yet.
Hi everyone, My GreenDot Account was resolved by their Rescue team and now I can have access to my refund and handle my bills. I read lot of post and comments here, I'd like everyone facing one or Two difficulties with their funds on their Account to contact GreenDot bank rescue team at GreenDotBank @rescueteam .com, It took them about Three Business days before I got my money back and my Account working fine again.
Hands down worst company thats still in buisness. As Ive read so many others with same scenario , unusual activity so card is froze. I recently lost my debit card. Due to the fact that I do not have time to sit at a bank and wait in a ridiculous line, compliments of "COVID", I mistakenly used Go2bank, a subsidiarity of Green Dot. Currently I cannot view my transactions and I am missing 120.00, which they are unwilling to even admit to stealing, nevermind rectifying. Thieves in India! Horrible customer service, they stole my money, and I have been calliong for 3 months, with 4 dfifferent case numbers, and assured each time they are returning it, but have not received my money back. They are appalling, and this is a very bad lesson. Do not use this "bank"!!!
