Took them over 30 days to give me a status on dispute only to be denied. They also lied and told me it took as long as it did because they had to get in contact with merchant and merchant said they never got in contact with them. They lied to me and I still don't have my money back
Total criminals. They are running scam out of phillipine customer service office
1. I got this card to reload money on it. They took out more than $5 for their monthly fee. It takes 3 plus days to load money on it and I even linked my bank account to it. I am not sure if there is no money on it, if I would have gotten overdraft because of the monthly fee. At first I thought they were wonderful and had no issues for nearly a year. I woke up to an email saying I got money transferred through Gmail. Luckily I only had 160 in that account. I immediately called the number and managed to get the dispute settled a month later but account was closed. I was promised a check with that balance on it. 2 weeks later instead of a check I receive another letter saying the dispute was settled. I check the account and instead of seeing 160 there is 154. I'm enrolled with their $200 overdraft protection program. It does help at times but they wont fix an error that I'm sure was computer generated. They gave me 5 overdraft fees instead of 2 that I know I should only have. I explained the situation patiently with 3 different representatives to get it resolved. The 3rd representative said that my fees can't be reversed because i still went negative with transactions and although I added money to cover some it doesn't matter.
