! star is way to nice! These reviews are NOT helping my feeling in the least and those of you that spoke to a person you should feel lucky. I bought a money pak card so i could deposit some money into my bank account. It was on the weekend and my bank was closed so doing it this way is just more convenient. I received an email today that I had initiated a transfer of $760 to a gmail address that I did not recognize and that they would let me know when the gmail address had accepted the money. I tried to log on to the bank site but my password *** been changed/hacked and I was locked out. I called the MINUTE I realized I had been hacked. *While I was on the phone with green dot*, I received an email saying that the gmail account had accepted the money - it was gone. I placed an order on amazon and the seller canceled an that was on the 6th of July. They already told me it would be applied back to my card today the 17th of July so I called them today and now they are saying the monies will be back on there on the 20th of july!!! Im more than frustrated as they keep telling me different things! Can anyone help?

They Put my card on block And needed me to send an Id to verify I was already upset then .. called next day said it will be unblocked next day it never was unblocked and called back and said I got to submit second time still no one unblocked card third time and had to send selfie with it and there saying I won't know anything until Monday - my sons birthday was yesterday and I couldn't get him anything cuz they held my card with all my money on it - worst mistake was using them! I have 412 dollars on a card that got locked, I called they wouldn't give me my money back, won't unblock card , asked to talk to supervisor got hung up on. Called 6 more times get hung up on everytime , I want my money back asap !! This is ********, it's my money !!!

over 2k stolen from me putting my account in negative now stimulus money being taken too, they keep putting me on hold and then changing process to start another dispute

Service is very bad my card was hack are something. In they did not refund my money because it was a gift card
