This. Company sucks. One of their Agents cancelled my new card. Bills due and the ************* on Manilla badge number **** advised he could not help. I just have to wait for the new card to use my funds. Please spread the word about this company

WHAT A RIPOFF!!! If you have this company RUN RUN RUN!!!! I was told that I could not dispute charges NOR speak to a manager because THEY- THE COMPANY input an imaginary birth date on my account. When I told them my correct birthday they said that is not what they have on file. I only have one birth date therefore, if there are any discrepancies it was done on their part. The worst bank I have ever dealt with. Customer service is terrible and they will hang up on you. I asked for a supervisor and they insisted there was no supervisor to escalate the account to. In their advertising, they do NOT indicate there is a 7.95 monthly fee or that you have to wait 12 months to collect on the 50.00 bonus they advertise. At one point, when I tried to call, I just got an endless loop of recordings without the option to speak to a human. Stay away! Not worth it.

I think Green Dot bank has the most on professional unacceptable business practices they held onto my paycheck after the first automatic deposit went in fine the second one they kept all of my money I still don't have my payroll paycheck I have to have my employer retract the money and have a check cut because they cut off my card for no reason I would never want to be a person that actually banks for and with rebate they are completely disgraceful disgusting they have no customer service they have new telephone numbers wher... read more

Worst ever!! Have called over 8 times to try and fix a direct deposit and no one will look into it. They refuse to escalate it or transfer to someone or a manager who can help. Each time I call I get hung up on. This need to be resolved.

I been a customer with green dot bank for nearly three months now. Just recently I had disputed a unauthorized transaction and it clearly shows on my transaction history a big mistake took place. I paid a cable bill for 162.65 the very next day the cable company charged my GreenDot card for the same exact amount 162.65. I requested a temporary credit for the 162.65 first I was told I have to see in three days if I qualify for a temporary credit. I wish it was possible to give less than 1 star!!! This Entity (not a professional bank) has the absolute worst customer service possible. I have been locked out of my account for a month now and everything that they said they would do has been a lie!!!! They are the worst financial institution in America!!!! Please save yourself the Headach and Bank elswhere
