Frauds....frauds....frauds! Had a moneypak for almost 400 dollars and it wasn't loaded onto card. I sent copy of the moneypak and the receipt and they told me it was a false claim. How is that a false claim? I will be filing a police report against them. Really....where is the option for zero stars?
Disgusting display of customer service and handling of my replacement card. The agent who was updating my info kept confirming the wrong information and I had to repeat and correct them multiple times only for them to catch an attitude. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to get a live person on the phone. For a bank that handles your most sensitive information. This has been the most horrific experience I have ever dealt with. This company is heartless and don't care about you or your money. Their customer service is hideous, I could never call and connected to a live rep when it is urgent. Only advantage is receiving my direct deposit 2 days early. I called 2 weeks ago to get information about unfamiliar transaction on my account. I told the rep I wasn't sure who the company was and needed more information. I had unauthorized payments taken out of my account. So, I called to file a report and the customer service rep was not answering the question I needed and was being very rude. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he refuses to connect me to one. He rather argues with me on the phone. I ask for his dispatched number and he refused that too. It was very stressful and unprofessional. I've been a Greendot customer for a long time and to be treated the way I did make me want o try another company.
If I could give this company negative stars I would. For over a year I have been trying to get a refund on gift cards that can not be used because the people they were gifted to refuse to provide their social security number and I refused to provide them with a front and back copy of my license. I asked them to provide me with a way that I can verify they are truly FDIC insured and every time they refused. I also have them on a recoded line refusing. This company is a nightmare. Our company was the victim of a scam. We are a small property management company and we were convinced to pay an "overdue" bill by using these MoneyPak cards. (yes, shame on us for falling for it) However, we figured it out before we gave the scammers the numbers on the cards. Now we are stuck with $2000 in MoneyPak cards and NO WAY to use them. I was told I would get my direct deposit early. My coworkers have all received theirs. The employer or routing number/acct number has not changed. I have called and no help. Payroll says everything was already proceeded the same as usual
Be far the worst customer service ever!!!! No one can help with my problem not even a supervisor knows what he's doing. After an hour on the phone going in circles around my question "why is it that every time I load moneypak numbers it ALWAYS says invalid and I need to request a refund, and how to I fix that isssue" nobody knows or even gives a call back.. and the supervisor just hangs up on me because he doesn't know. I have been going back and forth since early November over my account. My account is blocked due a a mobile deposit I made in October due to it being a check made to two parties and only one signature. I've submitted all proper documents they have asked for and my account is still locked and no one is able to tell me why and don't care.
