Worst bank ever! Do not use this bank. Someone stole $220 dlls from my account using cash app, I submitted a dispute and it was declined! They did not even bother to investigate. They gave me the run around for 2 weeks tell me they would give me money meanwhile they investigated and nothing. Im still missing my money.

I purchased one of the WalmartCash cards that is through Greendot. I put $200 onto the card and when I tried to register the card it kept telling me that the card info was invalid. We found out that someone had switched the card out for an old card that didn't even register into their system. They pretty much told me that there is nothing they can do for me because the card I was supposed to have was registered and used. This company is a scam....no one in customer service is helpful! Should not be allowed to conduct business with the public. I am truly embarrassed that it is almost 2020 and it takes so much to enjoy their products. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE GREEN DOT AGAIN.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have a card through GoBank which is a prepaid card through Greendot bank and I have not had access to my money in a month. I've gotten paid twice now and haven't had access to any of my funds. Customer service does not care and has told me several times they can't do anything more than the bare minimum and there is no one available who they can escalate my issue to who can help.

Absolute crooks, my card information was stolen and a purchase was made on my account overdrawing the account. I disputed the purchase twice and my claim was denied twice, without any reason or communication. I called this company as soon as I noticed the charge which was not even 24hrs later to let them know that I did not make the purchase and have been calling and being denied for almost a month now. Do not bank or do business with this company. Their business practices and customer service are absolutely egregious.

I contacted green dot This morning over a pending charge that should have fallen off days ago. Today is dec 19, 2019 Transaction happened on dec 14th 2019 While talking I told them the merchant released the hold the day the hold was made. I was told you may need to call them because we don't have the funds. Once we receive them we will make them available. I have done 3 payments using my chase account, then I got an email from Green Dot asking for documentation to prove that the chase account is mine (after 3 payments, ridiculous), which I submitted. They froze my account for 2 days, then they activate it once they received my documents; however, they reported my account as closed to all 3 credit reports affecting my credit score. Someone gave us two Green Dot Prepaid Cards as a gift. We were having trouble registering them online because the registration required giving a Social Security Number. We spent well over two hours dealing with their Online "help", but couldn't get connected to an agent on the phone. We repeatedly tried their toll-free number, but couldn't get to a menu that included the ability to speak to a human. Finally, we decided to register the cards online so that we could cash them out.
