Worst company to have a prepaid card with . I've had nothing but negative things to say about green dot especially about them saying there site is secure I've been hacked multiple times and have had hundreds of dollars stolen . Definitely do not recommend.

I tried to withdraw $400 from my account at Walgreens on 12th of December using the surcharge free ALLPOINT ATM. I have the Uber debit card. My transaction was denied and the ATM gave me a receipt saying that my transaction was denied. However, I get an alert saying that $400 has been withdrawn from my account!!!! Transaction posted on the 14th and I filed a dispute with the bank using their online form. Cardtronics has already contacted the bank alerting them that no money was dispensed. Can't get my money. Haven't sent me a new card in 4 months...not sure why they want to do this to someone
My employer sent my direct deposit on December 10th. This has been confirmed by my employer and their bank. It is now December 31st, and I still have not received my direct deposit. I opened a case a week ago on December 24th, and I have yet to receive any updates nor has this issue been resolved. This company has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered! DO NOT BUY THIS CARD! I register original card then wait a week for my personal card & it shows congrats your are registered! Try transaction and unless I want to put money on the card states I have NOT registered. Greendot is a total RIP off. They are refusing to give me back my closing balance. Do not close your account with a balance...They will lock you out of recovering your balance. Cancel your card ,lock you out of app and continue taunting with a remaking balance. BE AWARE

I have had my Walmart Money Card for over a year to get my checks direct deposited on. On Christmas Eve this year just a few hours after my $1300 paycheck was deposited someone in California (I live in Arkansas) drained my entire paycheck in $20 giftcards at four different Starbucks.
