My employee lost her green dot card and did not know her number AFTER I deposited funds in via automatic payroll deposit. It has been 3 days we have been trying to talk to a human being and they will not help her. I am filing a complaint with the California Attorney general and would recommend others who have been ignored or robbed by these shysters to do the same. By the way, how can they have an A+ rating with the BBB if their average BBB 5 star rating is 1 star? Doesn't say much for the BBB.
If there were a zero star option, I would give zero stars. I will no longer be doing business whatsoever with this company (direct deposits, auto bill pay, savings, daily purchases) due to their incompetence and lack of security. We have been using this company for over 10 yrs and on 11/15/2019 our account was hacked for over $2,400 with a transaction location of Seoul Korea (we live in U.S.). Terrible customer service. I have an Uber debit card through these guys. I went to get gas at a merchant and the merchant was having problems with their pumps that ended up putting 3 pending transactions on my card that brought my balance to $0. I still was not able to get gas. I called the merchant and they told me they were aware of the problem and immediately cancelled those 3 transactions. This is the absolute worst company to do what it is that they do. The only perk to using them is that I received my direct deposit on Wednesday instead of Friday. The customer service is horrible, no one that works there can hear it seems as I have to repeat myself and correct them every time they have to "confirm" what I said. After updating my address, they have sent replacement cards to the incorrect address TWICE.... even after verifying my address several times before they shipped the cards. I had used Walmart Prepaid to join a couple dating site because I liked the cards we5re reputable for safe purchases online. I had also tried a few $1.00 trials. One i was texted by a female who seemed to have an interest in me , however I was to get a FREE background check for a DATE ID Card I kindly declined. Well a month later I received another text wanting the same thing so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went to get a DATE ID. This company is a fraud my card was stolen as well as other personal identification with my purse and the company did absolutely nothing to assist with the $300 plus dollars that was taken from my account, spoke with Jamie ID # XXXXX I would not recommend using this card and will spread the word. Horrible company

I've been contacting this company for 2 months now for a replacement card due to it expiring in August. I've not received a card, and called multiple times only to be told a replacement card is being expedited for no charge because I'm a "VIP" member. Still no card!
