This company lied about not depositing my tax refund check. I call the IRS, I call them also several times and the IRS shows my money was given to them on February 26 and today is March 6th and no money in my account. Someone told me they are taking $100 dollars out of people accounts and sending them a check for only a portion of their refund. That is fraud and a scam to collect money overseas because you can never get a person who understands you online or can actually answer the question. I will be filing a lawsuit.

Been trying to reach customer service rep for two months. Keep getting message. Services unavailable. They removed the chat support app. They need to be sued

I cant even give this business one star. I spoke with them on February 13th, 2020 about a gift card being lost or stolen(we are unsure of what happened), and they said they would issue a refund check and that it would take 3-5 business days. I called to check on the status of this on March 3rd, 2020 and the claim number that was given me by Jason the person I was speaking with was actually someone else' claim number and my claim had never actually been submitted. Total headache and wouldn't recommend this company ever. First time ever having a problem with them. Last time also.

I give them no stars, called in to see why my money is not in my account they said it was return to the irs to call them, and when I asked why they could not give me any further information asked to speak to upper management they hung up on me 5 times. At this point my money is lost and they can't help me.

I have an account with GreenDot prepaid cards. I decided to utilize GreenDot to bring in another stream of revenue for my business. Today, when attempting to log into my account on the mobile app, a notice popped up that my account was locked and could not be accessed. I figured it may just be the app being updated. I decided to log onto the actual website. It was able to log in. However, I am not able to send or receive money all of a sudden for some reason. I was on hold for 97 minutes. The phone disconnect, I called back, on hold 204 minutes still no answer. I just want to know why my hotel deposits are not being refunded to me. The hotels say they released the deposit at checkout. I always use this card to travel. It's never been an issue until January '20. I've been waiting weeks. It's a Green Dot issue. It should be illegal for this company to be in business. I had my tax refund deposited onto one of the Greedot cards when I filed my tax return electronically. I tried to withdraw my funds at a local bank via cash advance and my transaction was declined. I tried to withdraw an amount way less than my available Greendot balance. I was told by the bank I could only try cash advance once a day, so I waited until the next day. I tried an amount well below the supposed $3,000 daily withdrawal limit and it was also declined.
