The IRS sent care stimulus checks on the 13th of April, I received a notification from greendot that same day, saying my check was being processed. It has been a full day and nothing has been posted to my account, and this company virtually has no customer service or support. So now I'm stranded at home with no money to get gas or food.

I'm unable to access my account. This has gone on for two days! I have most of my money locked by the "vault" feature. Since I can't access my account I've had several declined transactions. Due to my many failed attempts to log in, my account is now locked. I'm one off many experiencing this. There is no opportunity to speak to a human being when calling. I never received my debit card from filing my taxes in January. For 3 weeks I have been trying to speak with someone. I have called every number I can find and emailed every department that I can access. At every point of contact its starts out by asking for my card number which would be great if I had received one. I have stuck with Green Dot for almost 3 years. Though that is about to change. Green Dot holds deposits, Incidentals and Credits for their own purpose. I have tried emailing their Corporate Headquarters and received a reply that more information was needed when i had provided their own application screen shots of money pending. Always telling me that it is the Merchant. I need some help from someone! Green dot has quite a bit of my money in my account.. Card is blocked and have been waiting on a new card! I have no way to get my family food and any supplies .. Im livid!! Supposedly my card is at the post office but when i went it was not there! And my stimulus is supposedly deposited and have no way to get that too! Stimulus checks are coming. I.do not have last year's card. Everyone you call up there the phone does not answer. How can you go online or on the app when your card is likely stolen? You have to have a card number to do that. They won't even let you wait for hours. This is unprofessional. You cannot shut off your card secure your account or anything. This is of course deliberately done. This is dangerous and unethical. You may not have an online account to begin with.

Filed a dispute March 27th on a Friday morning account was locked don't know why. I have payroll checks coming to this account was suppose to receive a deposit Friday April 3rd can't look on my account and cannot access account now it's saying account is deactivated and don't know why have been calling every day since for hours have not been able to get ahold to anyone that works with greendot I'm very frustrated cause I have bills and kids to feed i need to know what's going on with my money ASAP!!!! I froze an account after a personal issue came up. That day was the 19th of March, and it's now the first of April. I can without any embellishment say I've spent no less than 40 hrs on hold in that timeframe. I have gotten the most response through email. Their support team, asked when would be a good time to call between 8am and 9pm. I said 8am and left my phone number. I have two separate case numbers and just want this resolved as quickly as possible. First case #XXXXXXXX Second case #XXXXXXXX

So i tried to dispute an transaction and thought it went threw then the next day I tried to use my card just to find out that it decline the transaction and when I tried to call and talk to someone i was on hold for 4 hours just to be hung up on then I called again another 4 hours go by and they hung up again the next day I tried to call just to be on hold again.They keep telling me to go online but When I do it tells me to call the number.
