Green dot bank is not good still waiting for my impact payment that was deposited on the 15th . Have tried to call atleast 15 times a day with no option to speak with a representative. Have also emailed them several times with no reply or anything as in to why my impact payment is not showing on my card from the 15th??? This is not right I need to pay Bill's as well.
The IRS sent my stimulus payment to my Green Dot account on the 15th of April but its not showing up, it's been 2 days. I have contacted via email, Facebook messenger and by phone. I'm either getting an automated message and then being hung up on or not receiving a response at all. I am not the only customer who is dealing with this. They need to be investigated and we as customers need to have our questions answered. This isn't right and this corporation doesn't seem to care.

I am locked out of my account. I need to feed my family. What is going on at Greendot? I was on hold today for an hour and 45 minutes before they hung up on me.....This is unbelievable!!! At least give us a call and give us some direction. Even an automated message would be nice!
If I could give a zero I definitely would. Their customer service is subpar and very rude. The banks platform has been down for 3 days straight. They aren't accepting phone calls or support through the app or website for 3 days. They are rejecting deposits and transfers. Millions of people are without money because of them, including me.
If I could give zero stars I would! My account was hacked 2 months ago. I have jumped through hoops to even just get the remainder of my funds in the account and they refuse to release that, let alone refund me for their system being hacked and allowing someone to steal 2,500 of mine. And Now my stimulus check went to that account, GreenDot has it blocked and Im unable to access anything in the account. Accidentally had our Stimulus che k goninto last years tax information, which we found out is our turbotax Card, which is run by green dot bank. Go to talk to someone about it and cant get through. Online no access!! Got through the phone once and found out the money is there but we dont have the card. Try to replace lost card and it tells you they are having technical problems and hangs up. Next stop is the attorney general of California. Worse bank card in history and company and swore using it last time was a big mistake.
On day 3 of not being able to access my account or use my bank card. No response from green dot, and this is apparently countrywide. Not the first time this has happened, it is unacceptable. My card gets declined at stores even though I have a lot of money in my account.
I am beyond ****** right now I can't touch my money or see it that all has crashed or something and I have a lot of money of there I am not playing games right now I want my money
