I'm going to email the news channels to investigate Green Dots shady practices. They blatantly lie on their advertising to get people to have their tax refunds deposited to them, and while people across the nation are suffering, doing without and scared..Green Dot isn't depositing anyone's stimulus and their response to that is to shut off any way to communicate with them. They need to be held accountable for failing their customers.

Green dot simply has the worst customer service I've ever seen or had. I've tried to get a hold of them via email. I dont get a response for a week or longer and instead of answering my question it's just a response telling me to call the number on the back of the card. I call..and there is not a single option to talk to a person in their automated system. I understand were in a pandemic but this is when people need help more than ever. This company is terrible they are theives. They stole my tax money and then deleted my accounts after sending me a letter that I still have saying my 4500$ would be in my account the next day. It wasn't. I called and call and talked to many call center workers who either passed ** off saying they were not the person I needed to talk to or hung up on me. I can't seem to file a complaint but I will say Greendot has very poor customer service. I was supposed to get my stimulus money on the 29th and never got an thing. I cant get a hold of anyone to find out.

I purchased a green dot card a few weeks ago to receive my stimullus payment i checked the irs get my payment tool and it says it was deposited to my account but nothing is showing on green dot. Where's my money? I been trying to reach customer services and nothing either this Is really frustrating

I have had a card with Greendot for over ten years. My card expired yesterday and for the last month I have been trying to get a hold of them to get a new card. When you call the it ask for the card number, ss number and then date of birth. I give the information and it tells me there is no such number and then hangs up. There is no way to get a hold of a live person!!!!!!!! MY whole life is on that card. Now, I am unable to pay bills, access my money or anything. And Greendot has no way of getting a hold of them. No deposit made My stimulus payment was to be deposited in my account on 4/29/20 per the IRS. I sent a email to GreenDot with NO response. I also tried several times to phone with no success. I want answers. I am on limited income at this time and am depending on this money.

Horrible, I loaded seven Green Dot money cards at Walmart. They expired in 22 days. I am unable to get my money back. I am sending letters to the president, the CEO, the CFO, the Attorney General's office in Massachusetts, the Better Business Bureau the Consumer Fraud Bureau and small claims court. I've had enough

Currently experiencing a reoccurring issue with greendot it seems. My card for the 2018 filing was never received in 2019. Upon requesting a replacement they claimed my card had been returned unopened and would reissue me a new one. I of course never received the replacement. Now my stimulus has been deposited onto the non existent card greendot failed to send me twice. Being that they've disabled any means of speaking to a representative and refuse to answer any emails I've like others have brought my complaints here.
