My Stimulus Payment was sent to a GreenDot card that was setup through TaxSlayer last year. I never received the card but had set up my account with them. Stolen debit card, won't refund when notified within 48 hours
The customer service for this company is useless. My dad recently moved and his card is lost. I contacted customer service to help him get a replacement as his stimulus payment was put in the account for the lost card. After explaining to the CSR that his new card could not be sent to the old address because he no longer lives there, they want him to email copies of bills and ID to prove the new address.. which he cannot do at the moment because A- he has not yet received a bill at the new address and B- his ID shows the old... read more
green dot owes me 800 dollars in a refund but there no way to find out if been sent and proved to be mailed out and they dont have away on there website to check the status of it or talk to a live person idk a 1 star place like them are still open and running i just want me my money back but this place needs to be closed
Green Dot bank has the information due to the 1,200 dollars that was stolen from my account I've disputed with them going on 5 months now but the refuse to refund money I do not feel the need to refer anybody to this experience I have had and hope others use any other direction possible.
Green Dot bank offers absolutely no customer service during this time of stimulus check deposits. I have found it impossible to speak to a customer service agent. Additionally, my requests for information through e:mail have met with no responses. How can it be acceptable for a large corporation that handles money to provide absolutely no customer support?

I have proof I've received my stimulus from the irs I'll add a screenshot upon further investigation but have not had this deposit posted to my account for days I was assured the 15th by the irs the money had been deposited but still have nothing in my account, to make matters go from moderately downhill to a landslide they've changed their customer service line to not have an option for a live representative and their apps and website is crashing and having issues, to top matters off I've recieved no word from them directly... read more
This business is connected to Walmart debit card. Total scam charging 5.00 a month for no balance. I tried to cancel the card and I get no response. Called 22 times, I sent multiple emails and texts and no response. Continues to charge me a fee. I need to involve an attorney and sue for fraud
