This company dose not even deserve one star but it wouldn't let me give them a 0. This Company is a SCAM and a FRAUD!!!! Do not use them!! My husband had his first paycheck stolen from him. His company deposited the money into his account and they are claiming they never got it and that there is no deposit pending even though his company has a tracking number for it. Locked my card account with my funds on it! Will not answer calls and I've been on hold 10 hours on one phone and 2 on another. I have a sick child and cannot purchase medicine!!! They had no reason to lock it in the first place!
I think the bank itself is okay, but I kindly ask that they stop sending unauthorized debit cards for me to activate. It ought to be obvious that I am not requesting debits that many times and either someone else or they are sending me card after card in my name for me to activate.
I have been using green dot for most of my bankong for over 2 yeats now. Some hownmy card and app are blocked. When I attempt to call I wait on hold 3hrs+ before I give up and hang up. I need to have access to my funds during these troubled times.
Since i can't leave a complaint to file. My account has been locked for 4 days now with no access to my funds and cant get ahold of anyone I've read complaints saying that the issue was resolved and they got in contact with someone but I've been on hold for hours as we speak I'm still on hold

This bank is nothing but a fraud! I lost over $1600.00 of my hard earned money associating with this bank. Shut it down! And shame on Uber for associating itself with it!
I have been on the phone with the walmart money card dept for almost 24 hours on and off for 3 days!!!! Before the pandemic shut down having extra people. I am currently 4.5 hours into my call of today. You always have to wait long times to contact this company but this is absurd especially since I've been trying for days!! Emailing calling and absolutely nothing but hold music and we are experiencing high call volumes. 4.5 hours of this today alone not counting the other 20 something hours I've already done!
I receive my SS Benefits through Green Dot Bank, I have not received my payment. I checked with SS, they have done their part. I called Green Dot Bank phone number, was on hold for 3 hours with no answer. What do I do? Did they take money I need in this time of World Crisis?
