I ordered a card online and didn't receive it. My stimulus was deposited on 5/13/2020. They suggested that I could order a replacement card. So I did at a cost of$5.00 to me. I have received the card but can't register it. I keep getting told my information doesn't match their records. I don't understand how this can be when I had to use the same information to order the new card. They have absolutely no live customer support

I went on the hrs website over and over because green dot told me they haven't received it yet. I know the ins deposited it on May XX XXXX. Here I am May XX XXXX and green dots phone support has no way of helping me. They make it so hard to get in touch with anyone that you are discouraged and hopefully forget about it . I think green dot sucks and will spread the word on faceook not to your company. My friend called 21/2 weeks she lost her card. She waited 6 days with no money or food and finally called to find out your wonderful employees got the address wrong somehow. Now with a long weekend coming up she has to wait another 5 to 7 days without money food or gas Watch on facebook for your REALLY REALLY bad reviews
Be careful when you do online purchases with their card. I did a purchase through Amazon and the next morning I cancelled the purchase since the delivery time was changed. The purchase was showing up as pending on my account after the fact that I cancelled the purchase. Amazon told me the purchase was cancelled and that no charges were made from them to my card. I called about getting my money back to my account, but WM M-card said they can't release a pending transaction and that I will see my funds back on May 31. That is ... read more
I received two gift cards on my birthday from my Father and Sister in-laws on 5/16/2020 which were purchased at CVS. I tried to activate the cards the next day on 5/17/2020; they had instructions on the front to register online at greendot.com. Upon entering the site to register my card they also asked for my social security number, which seems unnecessary for using a gift card. I have a GreenDot card and it says it's blocked and can't get any help to unlock it. I was supposed to have a stimulus check deposited into my account on the 13th of this month and still can't figure this out with any help from a live person at GreenDot. I've done what I was asked on my part to unblock my card, now it's there turn! Please help!
Green for bank has been having a pending transaction of 250$ of my money since may the third and they still haven't posted the direct deposit yet. I really need my money but they won't work with me at all. They also told me that there was no manager to speak to. I've exhausted all efforts so I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Beraeau to hopefully get it resolved today although I've lost hope that I will get anywhere with this company.
