Terrible company I purchased something on Amazon Green dot took a charge authorization out 3 times transactions say PENDING 3rd day items were purchased. The other 2 days still say PENDING so I called to see when my money will go back to my account they said June 30th. First Pending transaction was June 11 - Second June 14th so I have to wait almost 3 weeks to use the card and then I am sure there will be a charge.......... So my account has been blocked for unknown reason to me. This happed with out warning to me and when I reached out to green dot to fix the issue it went from bad to worse. no one could tell me why I got blocked from my account. I have Bill's and deposits being made into my account. So when I reached out and was not able to fix anything I asked to be transferred to speak with some one els they refused to do so, also I asked why I got locked out and they could not answer me that question either. I canceled last September 2019 and they told me my account was under investigation. I didn't know for what. I paid it off and just wanted to cancel so I could get my 200 back and it stayed opened. I just got a statement saying 100 something dollars is still owed. I'm more than frustrated.

This business is a total joke! Do not use this company. I was trying to get a temporary card to help my teenager establish some financial responsibility. They charge an additional $8.00 a month charge. To make matters worse, I had to go to the BBB to find a phone number to cancel this account. Their phone number is not on their site. When I did call them, they have people who do not even speak English! Thank you BBB for the opportunity to voice my concern.

I have been unable to access any funds on my Turbo Tax Debit Card account for months. I had my income taxes and stimulus taxes deposited onto the card. I never received the initial card. I have called on two separate occasions which they said that they sent me a new debit card. I have never received a new debit card. Every time I call they give me different estimations of time of arrival ranging from 2 weeks to 12 weeks. They are awful at customer service and better protecting their customers from Freud. I had opened an account only because one year I filed my taxes with Turbo Tax so, I decided to get my refund back on one of their prepaid cards with I ended up using for along time and NEVER had issues until COVID 19 PANDEMIC DURING LOCK DOWN . I smell lawsuits coming. Holding people's money AND denying access to their account to even look at transactions. I'm being treated like a criminal. And the only reason given is "something was wrong with your direct deposit information" but what was wrong they couldn't tell me. UNACCEPTABLE. I was able to receive the funds in my account. I was able to thankfully pay my rent with it. How about contacting me to sort out whatever the issue is, and treat me with respect when I did nothing wrong. GreenDot is worst prepaid card ever. I only use Green Dot to purchase things online when I am not sure about the website. I check my balance in store, I had $23.85 on the card. I added an additional $20 to the card and by the time I got home 10 minutes later, my balance was negative. I called and spoke with a supervisor and he's telling me it's fees. So in all they took $43.85 for fees. I ask for a refund and was told they can not refund my money. I will never ever use another Green Dot card.

I order something with my money card and walmart money card will not give me my money back I bought a 4 wheeler and the seller sent me used socks for 91 bucks and walmart money card wont dispute the charges and wont give me my money back
