This is a nightmare, the customer service treats you horrible, they refuse to resolve an issue and they refuse to let you speak to higher authority
The representatives never solve my issue. I call everyday and get a different answer. I have been sent over to the technical support team and never heard back from them. I will be taking my services to another company. The representatives don't seem to care about my complaints. I was told to just wait until I hear back from the technical support department. Straight BS.
Horrible, They blocked my account because I didn't see emails that said I had to validate my checking account , so when I did validate it they never responded I've tried to contact them through email several times and by phone , but because my account is blocked they can't find my account so I can't get any help from them. This company is a piece of ****. I got my dad signed up to get a card and was as not able to activate his card. The CSR was not able to get his card working for him. He just threw his card and said **** it. He has two accounts with another bank. I went to Sam's club on a Wednesday to go shopping. My card was stolen after I went grocery shopping. A den of theives. The worse banking institution I've seen.
I bought 2 cards (5/3/20) and was registering them when they asked for my SS#, I didn't want to give and called to get money back.I wrote letter saying I don't agree to terms and want a refund, I have called (no answer) I have emailed a dozen times with copies of receipts and still no reply.
Nothing but scammers! I do not understand how Walmart can co business with this company with their Visa Gift Cards. I received two $500 visa gift cards which I can't use. Nothing else to do but small claims court. The rudest customer service people ever.
This company is the worst! No customer service. To cancel the card I had to be connected to a "Fraud Department" and that was the only way to to talk to anyone. It is a total fraud! Its $20 minimum deposit and $1 for the temp card, then next day they take $7.50 in "fees." Could NOT cancel online and had an hour and a half of research online on how to cancel with no help. Can not cancel through the account set up.
they won't give me back my disputes, keep cursing me out, etc
