This company is commiting the worst fraud in America banking history, it is even worst than the fraud committed by Beni*********. I disputed $504 from an ATM called everi because they atm machine had an error and they charged me without pay, I used my gobank card owned by green dot for that transaction, The ATM company called to say they refunded the money back to my green dot card, but green dot decided to keep the money without paying me back the refunded credit by the everi Atm. My credit card was stolen and when I called I was given no options of getting my money out before the account was closed they just closed the account and now I have no way of accessing the money in the account so I can't pay bills or eat when I try to talk to a customer representative on the phone I cannot access any human my paycheck is directly deposited into Green Dot and now they won't accept deposits either there was a way of getting access to my money through PayPal that I linked to my green card and they didn't bother... read more

AWFUL company procedures and awful customer service. There is no reason that a SSN is needed to activate a gift card. My 78 year old mother bought the card to make an online purchase and can't use it without giving her PERSONAL information for a preloaded card. That's just wrong. On-line chatting was ridiculous. I will never buy a green dot product again.

Please stop ripping off people's hard earned money! Green dot, your practice is deceptive to the most vulnerable. One day the FBI will catch up with each of the thief who continues to take advantage of the poor at Green Dot Bank. Your teeth will rot in your mouth and you will rot before you die.

It's great except for when they decline my purchase and I have money in my account. It happens at least once a week. Then I have to call and wait and hour, sometimes longer, before my card is unlocked.

Was given a Greendot card as a gift. They had loaded $30.00 on the card. I registered it on the 19th and they changed a fee of $7.95 on the next day. I tried to find a number to call and there is not one. This company is fraudulent, if they were not scammers they would have a number to contact them. They need to be shut down.

I received an unsolicited Debit card from them. It has been reported to the Authorities as Identity theft.

I want to know how money card is still operating. **** poor CSR doesn't even begin to cover it. Yes my card was hacked but 2 weeks for a replacement is a bit much especially in this day and age. I really had no complaints up until now. It's been a week and my card still hasn't been printed. I can't transfer it to another account. Basically my paycheck is being held hostage.
