If I could rate it a big fat zero I would.....Bought these by accident, intended to buy gift cards, got these instead...Cost me $7.95 and $6.00 ATM fees just to get money off the card. Was on hold for 1 and 1/2 hour to speak with someone, never happened. Now I can not locate a phone number to call so that I can verify that these accounts are completely closed. Don't want anything to do with this company again. I had 2 cards so it cost me $27.90 to get my money off the cards.

This company is totally bad. They are not only stupid (which by the way are meant to keep stupid), but they are not helpful. Imagine this. You are trying to get some information after giving your information. They deal with you like you are not that person. They verify your name, address, phone, social security number, date of birthday and all the other numbers you have had. I only wanted to activate a $50 gift card I was given as a present. They forced me to download a Green Dot app, and then had me fill out an application???? Next thing I know I have been tricked into having a deposit account with them. I don't want that!!! And so I try to contact them, and none of their numbers can reach a person. Green Dot bank, Received my deposit of close to 12,567 dollars due to me closing the account. While the money had been posted, (Someone has access to my card, was my reason for closing my account.) Green dot stated they will issue a check within 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks passed * contacted green dot bank to find out where was my money. They stated i needed to email my id, front and back and the card. Ive done all of that. getting a replacement card when one expires is a pain. Other services a great, but they are worthless when your card expires and you cant access the account.

Purchased moneypak reload last year. The website to reload was having issues so I called an associate. The associate took my info and said the card was loaded. However my card was never reloaded and I lost my $200. I complained ,recieved a response email but they out of nowhere stopped responding.I have never let this go and till this day I want my money back.never recieved any of my funds!! Worst customer service ever! They have more excuses and never true answers. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to do business with. They will play dumb and give you the run around without ever resolving the issues.

Use to be a good card. This year, my card has been hacked several times and they never resolve it!!!
