They have had me locked out of my money with Apple Pay Cash since November because they "can't verify my identity" even though I have sent all of the requested documentation with my ID and everything and they keep saying "the computer can't read it" called 9 times. Told to email, emailed 5 times no response. Awful service

My teenager bought a card from Walmart not understanding that there was a monthly fee associated with the card. I called and asked how we cancel the card and Get the money back before activating the card. The person I spoke with was very difficult to understand and the connection was very poore. I guess I had partial identity theft. Received daily/numerous text messages that my account was accessed by untrusted device when I don't have account with them. It was like pulling teeth to get them to check and determine the account was fraud. Only got them to do this after informing them that there are laws against violating people via electronic devices and I would take action. What a bad/nauseating experience.
I tried to purchase something from Straight Talk and the transaction was declined but the money was taken from my account and the person I talked to about it did not understand what I was even talking about. Don't trust them again. Go2Bank is a fraud

This is the worst company in the world. My money was taken out of my Walmart money card and Walmart uses Green Dot me and the guy who said he was the ceo of green dot had a go around to get my 200.00 back.
This prepaid card is a huge Scam! It takes your money before you can make purchases! I am out the money I paid to put on this prepaid card!!
This is an awful company that doesn't care at all about it's customers. I should have done some research but unfortunately I didn't. I transferred $400 from my bank account to Apple Cash. I had no idea that Apple Cash was actually Green Dot at the time. The transaction went through so then I transferred the money to another one of my checking accounts as an instant transfer.
