Always rejects tax and stimulus deposits for married filing jointly. No reason given other than incorrect information provided. It shows both names on the deposit. Horrible customer service.

Green dot took 500 dollars from my account and is giving me the run around. I've called this place and talked to different people over 100 times since the beginning of march when the atm never released my funds. I've never been able to go to any atm with this card and take 1000 dollars in less than 24 hours but that day they took a extra 500 deducted from my account. I will not stop until I get my 500 dollars back.

Ok im disabled no job or way to make money I have begged people to help me I care for animals sick n hurt animals I found someone to lend me enuff to start a better business for my company!!! And that's only because I have to pick one otherwise I would give them no stars they are crooks,rip offs and scamners. I bought a card with a $300 on it I was never able to activate it I have never gotten my money back and I want it back it's been 4 months already I will never go through them again!

My card expired on last day of 3/21, and I called customer service to let them know I never received a replacement card. They told me that they sent it back in February and that I should check my mail, which I found kind of rude. Nonetheless, I tore my place down thinking, maybe I may have misplaced my mail. I didn't and called back and pleaded my case to have a new card issued and overnighted. This was a Thursday that I called, I had a kids birthday party to pay for and needed the funds on that card. Would give no stars if possible. The company won't give me access to my card that got a 1500 dollar deposit on it because the card expired (they never sent a new card) and I didn't have the phone number I opened the account with 8 years prior. If you lose your old phone number you are essentially locked out and can't update anything until you find out what phone number you had when you opened the card originally. Totally dishonest company all the way around. Their csr team is a joke I've been blatantly lied to numerous times in the last few weeks trying to close my account and get issued a check. Still unresolved and they don't seem to care..... If you deal with these clowns always make sure you read the fine print because once they get your money they do everything they can to keep it.

I had registered my card today 4/6/2021 and with in two hours I was charged a 30 day monthly fee? Since when did two hours = 30 days? The agents with GoBank told me this is there "policy" and is considered the start of the 30 days when the card is registered. Which sadly puts a bad image on GreenDot Bank However when the Tier 1 agent was unable to reverse the charges, a supervisor was able to adjust it with no problems. Someone with GreenDot Bank needs to put a stop to this GoBank "policy"

On 4/1/2021 I was contacted by my payroll company advising that they were unable to forward my payroll because this account had been closed. I contacted Green Dot to find out why my account was closed and all they could say is because of "suspicious/fraudulent activity". I advised them that was nonsense to look on the account and see that I would get my payroll deposited there twice a month and I would use the card to pay for online postage.
