I love grapids , I call they show up , there very knowledgeable, and professional, they've kept my old furnace running great, there the only ones I'll use
Justin did a very thorough system check of my furnace, a/c and water heater. He did an excellent job of explaining what he found as well as providing options to address the issues he found, including which he felt were the highest priority.

Timely, efficient, excellent communication between office & technician & ultimately the consumer!
We were contacted about our 6 month warranty check up and Justin was the technician. Communication was great and he checked the furnace, air conditioner, and water heater to make sure they were operating properly. He gave us some good tips that we can do to extend the life of the system.
Very thorough. Courteous technician. Detailed account of what was inspected/tested, with recommendations or notes on findings. Like that they inspect ALL systems, not just the furnace one time, A/C the next time.
I'm impressed. Tidy service people, clear communication, and completely on time. They know what they are doing and there was no pressure, just clear communication of our problems and possible solutions.

Here is what I have to say about Grapids Heating and Cooling. They attempted to "take" from me. They did a fall inspection of my furnace and air conditioner. They said that the furnace needed a new ROLL OUT SWITCH. I had no problems with my furnace, air conditioner, or water heater up to this point. I did nothing at this point. A few months later I called another heating and cooling company from the Grand Rapids area. They inspected my furnace and sure enough they told me verbally and in writing that their was nothing wrong ... read more
