My furnace stopped working, I called and an engineer arrived within 2 hours, so 5 stars. The engineer was polite and professional, again 5 starts. They charged me $97 for call out and to do diagnostic on my furnace, I was told it was the control board and would cost $565 to fix. I asked if this was a fair market price and was assured this was so I agreed to the price. I recommend to get your furnace tuned up from this company. It is cheaper and detail inspections of the machine! I like the quality of the service!

Jake, was awesome. We had a full furnace tune up, and he took the time to explain the situation with our furnace and a/c unit. Very friendly and professional. I'm happy with the service!
Simply wanted an estimate on a water heater replacement. Would not provide over the phone and required sending someone to inspect. Clarified that I wanted a specific brand and was assured they could do that. Once person was on site, spent a lot of time going over all the things involved before finally giving an estimate. Was 45% higher than other estimates I was provided by phone from other companies! And was not able to provide the brand water heater I asked for in the first place. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GET SCAMMED! On August 17, 2020 my parents were visited by Grant and Luke of Grapids Heating & Cooling. They were provided with friendly customer service and followed their sales script exactly. My elderly parents were having issues with their A/C. However, Luke and Grant then told my parents it would be $8,600 to replace their A/C and furnace. (They had no issues with their furnace). Paul and Balee were very professional during the AC/Furnace tune up. They did a thorough job. They reviewed and made sure I didn't have any questions. I've always been happy with the service I receive with GR Hearing and Cooling.
Technicians were excellent. Sales man quoted me prices that far exceeded other companies and tried to pressure me into a commitment right then.
