Rich was the technician who came out to our home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had A+ customer service. If I ever need any further assistance I will call GR heating and cooling first. They seem to be a company that understands how valuable there customers are. Thanks again Rich, you were awesome.
Technicians are super knowledgeable and willing to discuss how the equipment works in layman's terms. Also, the technicians that have come out on three different occasions seemed in a good mood -- I hope that means the company treats them right. Expensive, but the system and installation has been worth it so far one year in.

He was great had my heater up and running fixed the short to my air conditioner and Evan cut out part of rug for one of my vents ...so happy with the results the way he pi cked up everything after he was done... Was patient with the kids I had here to watch... He put in a new control and explained how the new control works. I would be proud to have him back again for any problems or to install my air conditioner.
Out of five stars, I would give PP and Jake six!! Totally professional, friendly, explained in detail all I needed to know about the AC and furnace. I wouldn't go with anyone else!!!
